BANMODE PVT LTD, the management team provides policy level directions and solution-oriented implementation plans to accomplish the broader goals and objectives of the company. The executive team is the driving force in the administration and functions in close relationship and consultation with the Strategic Business Units and Departments of the company. The Board of Directors and the executive committee members perform multifunctional roles at BANMODE, providing ideas, analysis and direction for key decisions that the company makes moving forward.
The executive sits on the board and also acts as the steering committee for all the new projects and investments of BANMODE. They are actively involved the businesses operations and are instrumental in laying the foundations when a new project or brand is introduced in to the market, so as to ensure its success. Any new project will be spearheaded by a designated executive team member who would be responsible for the project implementation until they are made viable. They are then transitioned to the full control of the manager in line for the active operation.
